Project Description : The project involves assigning, scheduling and monitoring jobs to users having Blackberry and Windows Mobile devices from a web server. Important features are :
- Live tracking of all users and devices.
- Job scheduling to the user closest to the service area.
- Assigning jobs through SMS facility when there is no internet connectivity.
- User is able to accept or deny the job assigning reasons for the same. The scheduler assigns the same on denial to the next user closest to the servicing address.
- The applications on Blackberry and Windows Mobile run in the background and indicate the user with new jobs with a pop-up screen.
